If you see the error "Current backup file is not for EmberZNet stack" it means that your previous backup was for an adapter on the CC2652x chip.
Unfortunately Z2M currently cannot transfer backups between different types of Zigbee chips.
First, make a backup of the file "coordinator_backup.json".
Then delete the file coordinator_backup.json in zigbee2mqtt folder
